Concept:
Transforming a "Take-Away"
into an Urban Park
An Urban Park with 2 F&B Concepts
Combining two food concepts, La Rotisserie and La Sandwicherie, the flagship store operates like an urban park surrounded by two kitchens, where the line between the interior and outdoor seating is blurred.
Street Vibe
The facade composed of neons, black-painted frame and industrial mesh attracts passersby into the restaurant with a street-food dining experience.
Industrial Operable Windows
Diners can choose to sit in front of the food truck lined in high-shine corrugated metal panels or along the metal facade windows, which can be opened to the outdoor patio.
Outdoor Picnic Tables
A variety of flexible seating including picnic tables and high tables offers frequent diners a variety of experiences within the dynamically lit urban park.
Celebrating Brand Values
The space is animated by a play of industrial mesh and lighting from ceiling to wall to celebrate the brand's core values.
Mesh & Lights
The introduction of the black mesh and tailor-made lighting fixtures becomes the design strategy to uplift the brand's identity in this new flagship store.
